Perfect for artists producing their own music, interns entering studio work, or anyone tired of being slowed down by their DAW.

You will learn:

  • How to create and organize sessions

  • How to record and comp vocals

  • Core editing tools that professionals rely on

  • How to properly bounce and deliver files

You will walk away able to open a session and move with confidence.

A fast-paced but practical introduction to Pro Tools focused on workflow, editing basics, and confidence navigating a session.

Participants will:

  • Navigate the Pro Tools interface

  • Create and organize sessions

  • Record audio tracks

  • Perform basic editing and comping

  • Bounce/export properly

You will:

  • Learn studio etiquette and signal flow

  • Set up and track a live rhythm section

  • Manage talkback and headphone mixes

  • Record overdubs, vocals, and percussion

  • Apply EQ, compression, and effects

  • Create a rough mix and export stems

Participants rotate roles so everyone engineers at least once. By the end, you will leave with a finished song, session files, and the experience of having run a professional session inside Echo Mountain.
